RETURN CONDITIONS

You have 4 days from delivery to send return. We’ll gladly accept unworn, expiry or any defective merchandise purchased on dentexinternational.com for return.

HOW TO RETURN

Steps are easy to follow:

  1. Start your return kindly drop us a mail at info@dentexinternational.com.
  2. Our executives with call you within 48 hours. You will be issued a return authorization code after discussing the matter.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice.
  4. Please put your authorization code next to the Recipient name. Mail your return package providing the tracking id.
REFUNDS

Most returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your RDW wallet/same payment mode within 7-10 working days after receiving the product. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returning shipping charges are non-refundable

Note:The original shipping fee, is non-refundable.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request to our mail id i,e info@dentexinternational.com. and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. CANCELLATIONS

We don’t accept any cancellations. your order will be cancelled only if we don’t receive your payment within 2 days of placing order.
